Hedgehogs run around Plyoss and are easy to catch.

Lena and Andre's cat Shushu is aiming for the freshly caught fish from the Volga river.

Lena is an avid mushroom gatherer. This is what she got on one of her daily trips into the forrest. These are sold dried up (called porcini) at New York's gourmet markets at $60 per ounce. Lena gathers enough mushrooms to eat through almost the whole winter.
