These fees are estimated fees, and may vary based on which particular class a student is signed up for. The schedule and exact fees of classes can be found under www.academicart.com/openprogram.htm
Note that fees work out to approximately $8.00 per hour of instruction. Also, Bridgeview School does not charge any registration fees outside of tuition and model fees.
Tuition Payment
Students may choose to pay for a month or for a whole semester (12 weeks). If they pay for one semester they receive a 5% discount. Tuition is payable by check or major credit cards (Visa and Master card). Only, under special circumstances, we can accept cash payments. Those who choose to pay monthly must provide payments before the first day of the month. Students will not be allowed to class unless the payment is received prior to the beginning of the class.

Model Fees
Model fees may apply to some classes. In such case, they are divided equally among students working from the model. They are payable in full and cover one month of studies with the model. The model fee is collected during the first week of each month.
Refunds
For those who pay tuition one month at a time, there is no refund. For those students who chose to pre-pay for the semester but decide to withdraw from the program before the first day of class, the tuition will be returned in full minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds once the semester begins.
NSF Checks
A charge of $15 will be applied for any NSF check.
Tax Receipts
Bridgeview School can issue a receipt to acknowledge payment received which can then be claimed as a business expense against any portion of a student's income derived from an artistic activity.
